Knee-deep in snow
Wow, if we had any doubt before we know now that winter is definitely here! Approximately 5 inches of snow fell on Columbus on 1/14/09 but it hasn't deterred Scout from using the ledge:
I've said on a few occasions how the peregrines benefit from a southern exposure at the Rhodes Tower. Even in the middle of winter the ledge can be quite "balmy" on a sunny day. As you can see there's been a considerable amount of melting today, despite a "high" temperature of about 5 degrees F!
